刚开瓶就闻到点干草和洋甘菊的味道,挺清爽的~喝起来有点像加了麦芽的谷物威士忌,酒体倒是有点结构感,但整体还是偏轻盈。 中段有点发酵橙汁的酸甜,偶尔冒出点野生树莓和白巧克力碎的感觉?树莓那种微微的酸涩感还蛮特别的,不过金属铜的底味一直若隐若现。 余韵有点短,像喝完一杯草本茶,留了点百里香的香气🌿 结尾居然有点山楂的回味,虽然层次不算深,但整体不讨厌,配下午茶应该挺合适 😊

挺有意思的,第一下闻着有淡淡的山楂花香,还混着点洋甘菊茶那种暖暖的草本味。 喝起来嘛,能感觉到一点白巧克力带莓果碎的甜,但很快就被一种草垛似的干草气息盖过去了。 中段有些梨子的味道跑出来,还带一丝柑橘皮的微涩。酒体不算厚实,但骨架挺清晰的,算是有存在感。 收尾不算长,有点匆匆结束的感觉,像喝完一杯加了蜂蜜的香草茶。整体不算特别深刻,但喝着挺舒服,晚上看书时来一杯刚好。🙂

This one poured a lovely gold colour, interesting... I'm getting white chocolate bits with tiny raspberry pieces right at the first sip. There's a curious, not unpleasant metallic hint, maybe copper pipes in an old distillery? A touch of fermented orange juice comes through, chamomile tea too, but it doesn't quite take charge. 🤔 The finish is fairly short. Honestly, it's still clearly a grain whisky at heart. Not a stellar malt by any means, but I've certainly had worse candidates on the shelf.

Gold color in the glass – looks inviting. Smells like white chocolate with little bits of raspberry, pretty good so far. First sip, the williams pear comes forward, mixed with wild raspberries. Has some texture and backbone, almost like chamomile tea. Touches of metal, maybe copper, and a bit of hawthorn in there. Not a stellar malt, but it could almost pass for malt. Overripe apples pop up, and a bit of fermented orange juice lingers. Takes charge nicely overall. 😊

So, had this dram last night – not the best malt I've tried, but it could almost pass for one. The flavours really take charge: got some pleasant hay and thyme notes, kinda like white chocolate with little bits of raspberry. A few bits of zest pop in too, along with chamomile. Touches of metal, maybe copper? Overripe apples come through as well. Finish is fairly short, though – williams pear comes forward, with wild raspberries and herbal teas lingering. Still feels like a grain whisky at heart, not a great deal of depth, but enjoyable enough for a casual sip. 🍃
