Feels warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, toasted oak and soft spice. Quite smooth, wee bit peppery at the end 🥃 Nice for a slow evening, nothing too fussy.

Right then, let’s have a wee taste… Nose is all warm orchard fruit an’ a whisper of vanilla pods 🍎🌿. First sip hits with baked apple crumble—honey drippin’ over toasted oats, then a cheeky dustin’ of cinnamun. Mid-palate gets proper creamy, like a spoon of custard drizzled with toffee. The finish is a delicate wisp of oak char an’ a whisper of dried pear. Smooth, wi’ a gentle warmth that lingers just long enough. Too easy to pour another dram, to be honest 🥃✨

Tastes like a sunny day by the sea, but with a bag of toffee, mate. 🌊 A bit oily on the tongue, lovely. Get some salt and smoke right at the end, very coastal. Then this sweet hit comes in – honey and caramel, I reckon. Dead nice balance. 😄

Ah this one's lovely, innit. Nose: Getting a lot of honey and some cinnamon, like a warm pastry. 🍯 Palate: Quite rich, a bit of stewed apple and a touch of smoke. Oaky at the end. Overall: A proper winter warmer, really.
