Aye, this one’s bonnie. Nose is all soft butterscotch an’ stewed orchard fruit – like a crumble fresh out the oven. 🍎🍯 Big wave o’ toffee n’ vanilla custard after a sip, then that gentle oak spice creeps in, warm n’ tinglin’. 🌶️ Finish lingers proper, nutty, wiv a wee biscuity dryness that just invites another dram. Nae bother if I’d pair it wi’ a rainy evenin’ and a bit o’ dark chocolate. 🥃
