刚开瓶的时候有股火柴划过般的味道，不过醒一醒就好多了。这杯真的very nice！ 喝起来有种奇妙的土质和麝香感觉，让我想起秋天在树林散步的气味。加点水之后特别棒，甜度上来了，像红糖和太妃糖混在一起。 还有些话梅和李子的酸甜感，底下藏着巧克力能量棒和蛋糕般的扎实麦芽香。尾韵很长，malty的感觉一直留在嘴里。 突然觉得有点像配着奶茶吃的那种甜点，最后还有点果酱的收尾。总的来说，这杯喝起来很丰富很舒服！😋

刚倒了一杯，喝起来居然有点希腊酸奶那种醇厚感，混着葡萄干似的甜香。咦？第一下居然闻到点火柴刚熄灭的味道，不过转瞬即逝，后面全是焦糖和红糖的温暖感。 中间那股果酱的味道真的绝了，就像涂在吐司上刚刚好。太妃糖和栗子泥的质感，还有种巧克力蛋糕在嘴里化开的错觉，尾韵特别长。 加几滴水进去，嘿，居然有点像冰镇的芒果拉西，或者冲开的麦芽巧克力。喝到后面梅干和咖啡的微苦出来了，感觉更有肉感，整体甜而不腻，最后嘴里还留着那种扎实的、像百万富翁酥饼似的满足感。😋

First sip and oh, the maltiness is wonderful – really cake-y with brown sugar and Demerara sugar. There’s something slightly sour, kinda like lassi or Greek yoghurt. The chocolaty notes are perfect, reminds me of Mars bars and millionaire shortbread. It loves water, so I added a bit, and out came more coffee and chicory. Perfect marmalade-y side with a little more meat, almost like dried beef. Wonderfully earthy and musky, with hints of prunes and puréed chestnuts. A touch of sulphur, like struck matches, and Ovaltine comes to mind. Long finish, excellently malty. Very nice 👍

Lovely gold pour 🥃 Feels properly malty and cosy, with brown sugar, raisins and prunes coming through. Bit of treacle toffee, marmalade cake vibes, and a soft chestnut thing too. With a splash of water it opens up nicely — creamier, like Greek yoghurt with Demerara sugar, plus a wee chicory edge. Long, sweet finish with just a tiny sour twist. Lovley stuff.

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and dried fruit. Feels smooth, slightly spicy, and leaves a cosy wee glow 😊
