Just had a pour and honestly, the first thing that hit me was this lovely warm brioche and vanilla smell – really inviting. 😊 It’s got an impressive body, quite oily in a pleasant way, that coats the mouth. There’s a central Scotch malt character, a bit of hay and earthy humus underneath. Then it shifts into sweeter notes – reminds me of apple pie and tarte tatin, with a touch of marmalade and Ovaltine. There’s a fresh coffee and café latte vibe that comes through too, with a hint of kumquat for vibrancy. Finishes medium length, leaving a perfect malty and honeyed all-rounder feel. Really warming and satisfying. 👍

Wow, just poured a glass and it's lovely. The arrival is so malty and sweet, like a mix of Ovaltine and honey cake right away. There's this fruity note too – kumquat and oranges popping up, reminds me of marmalade on toast. A bit nutty and toasted, kinda like fresh coffee or a café latte vibe. The oily texture makes it feel rich and smooth. As it goes down, the aftertaste kicks in with oak, maybe some earthy humus, and a touch of cigarette tobacco that's oddly nice. Medium length finish, with ginger and hay in the background. It's gold in the glass, with real vibrancy – honestly, perfect malty and honeyed all-rounder. Almost like warm brioche with crème brûlée for dessert. 🍯

Quite cosy, this one. Getting soft fruit, a bit of toffee, light spice and a wee smoky edge. Feels warm and easy-going, with a gentle sweet finish 😊 Slighly moreish.

Right, this one's got a proper crisp start with hints of vanilla and a subtle smoky finish. Really smooth, like a wee dram by the fire on a chilly night. 😊🔥 A bit of fruitiness comes through too, makes it quite moreish. Not too heavy, just pleasant. 🥃

First sip: 🥃 Wow, that's bold! Smoky and peaty hits right away, but not too harsh. Then, I get these lovely fruity notes—like apples and maybe some citrus. 🍊 The mouthfeel is smooth, almost creamy, with a hint of vanilla and honey. Sweet but balanced. Finish: long and warming, leaves a cozy feeling. 😊 Defo one for a cold evening! Oh, and the aroma? Rich, with a bit of spice. 🌿 Really enjoy this one.
