First sip – oh wow, apricots and pears jumping out, like fresh bread straight from the oven. There's straw and herbal notes too. As it opens up, tinned fruits begin to show up, orange segments and lemony zest. Mouthfeel is fat yet taut, with a nicely bitter edge, like little nectarine juice mixed in. On a barley field kinda vibe, you know? 🌾 Later, hints of ink and fresh plaster come through, chalkier and rather uncompromising. The finish is long, with a basket of just-picked lemons and bread dough memories. Remember Tang? That powdered fruit juice taste. Papier mâché texture on the tongue. 👍

Right then, here goes… Fresh bread straight off the nose – like walking into a bakery, but there's a basket of just-picked lemons on the counter and a faint whiff of straw underneath. A little nectarine juice, barely there, then suddenly tinned fruits begin to show up, syrupy peach and apricot halves. First sip and it's fat yet taut, surprising. Chewy bread dough and something properly herbal, basil or maybe thyme, really rather uncompromising after that sweet intro. Then bam – remember Tang? That powdered fruit juice hit, chalkier, mixed with ink and orange segments dissolving into papíer mâché. Nicely bitter on the finish, like chewing a barley stalk in a dusty field, with a dry, powdered apricot echo. 👍

Lovely wee dram 😊 Soft fruit, a bit of honey, gentle spice, and a warm oaky finish. Feels cosy rather than shouty — easy to sip after dinner. Slightly sweet, slightly dry, very comforting.

Quite a cosy dram 🥃 Feels warm and a bit sweet, with soft oak, dried fruit and a wee touch of spice. Smooth enough, but still got a nice little kick at the end. Proper easy to sip on a chilly evening 😊

Aye, this one's a right treat 🥃 Nose hits w/ toffee, dark choc, and a wee whiff o' woodsmoke. Palate’s silky—honey’d nuts, baked apple, then a sudden kick o’ cracked pepper. Finish lingers like a warm hug, w/ a salty caramel vibe. Canny dram for a quiet evenin. ✨
