First sip brings this crisp white wine vibe, almost like a summer spritz 🍷 Then it mellows into something honeyed — reminds me of that old mead I tried once. Get these papaya and tropical fruit notes floating about, mixed with a weird hint of engine oil? Not in a bad way, just… interesting. Finish has a sort of savoury edge, like capers or maybe some herby beans. Medium body, easy enough to drink. Leaves a gentle pollen-like floral taste at the back. Oh, and a sneaky little banana wine sweetness popping up now and then 🍌 Oddly satisfying.

This whisky's got a lovely warmth to it 🥃 First you get some vanilla and toffee sweetness, kinda like butterscotch? Then there's a bit of citrus zest – orange or lemon maybe? 🍊 Finish is nice and long with a wee hint of oak and spice. Really easy drinking, perfect for a quiet evening 😌
