Crackin dram, this. 👃 Loads of orchard fruit — stewed appels, maybe pear — a bit of honey’d malt. Hint of something grassy too. On the palate, it’s proper silky 🍯 then a wee kick of oak and peppery spice. Almost like a dusty cinnamon stick? Bit of vanila custard thing goin on. Finish: warm and slow, that spice just lingars for ages. Touch of dried apricot and a tiny smokey whisper. Really morish, that. 😮💨 No water needed. Just a good, honest sip.
