Ahh, just had a dram and it's proper lovely. Furst taste is a burst of honey and warm spice, like a cozy fireplace. 🍯🔥 Then comes this gentle, creamy vanilla, almost like custard. There's a hint of green apple too, but it's shy, like. Gets a bit cinnamonny as it goes down. Finish is long and warming, with a whisper of wood and a touch of dark chocolate. Leaves you feeling all mellow. 🌳🍫 Really well put together. Just sipping it now, savouring it.
