Right，just had a sip... first thing is that warm， sweet smell. Like walking into a bakery in the morning，you know? Gets right up your nose，lovely. 🥃 Taste is proper stong at first，then it's all... honey and baked apples? Like a crumble my nan makes. There's a bit of spice too，cinnamon maybe. Hits the tongue nicely. Finish is long，this one stays with you. Leaves a nice， warming feeling right down to your belly. 🔥 Really lovely，that.

Proper nice dram this 🥃 Nose is sweet, hony and vanila mostly. Taste got some spice bit warm going down. Finish is smoth, lingers a while. Reminds me of sitting by the fire 🔥. Could drink this all night tbh. Oaky bits too 🪵. Quite pleasant really.
