Quite mellow, a bit oaky and sweet, with a gentle smokey warmth. Feels cosy rather than heavy — nice wee sip for a quiet evening 🥃✨

Tasting notes 🥃 First sip - hits you with this lovely warmth init. Quite sweet actually, honey and vanilla coming through strong 🍯 Then you get this fruitiness... like dried fruit? bit of apple maybe. The oak is there but not overdone, just right 👌 Finish is where it gets interesting - a bit of spice, touch of smoke. Lingering warmth that stays with you. Very moreish honestly. Would defo have another glass later ⚠️ This is a fake tasting note generated for testing purposes

Ooh this one's a proper treat! 👃 Nose first – got that lovely warm oak and a hint of vanilla, maybe a bit of dried fruit in there. Taste wise, it's briliant. Rich and smooth, with a gentle smokiness that doesn't overpower. I'm gettin' some dark chocolate and a touch of orange peel. The finish is long and warming 🔥, a bit peppery. Really moreish, this. Gonna savour it slowly. It's a real fireside dram, innit? Makes you want to put your feet up. Perfect for a quiet evenin'. Definite new favrit.

Ahh, just nosing this... 🤔 Smokey, like a bonfire on a damp night. Bit of honey coming through now, sweetness. Oh, there's vanillery too, like custard. And that classic peatiness, love it. 🥃 On the tongue... warm, spicy. Hints of dried fruit? Apple? Finish is long, warming, a bit oaky. Really enjoy this one. 👍 (N.B. spelling: "vanillery" is intentional, "peaty" sometimes typed as "peaty")

Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Nose is lovely, hint of vanilla and pear 🍐. Taste warms up quick, bit of spice. Like cinnamon maybe. Finish is long, oaky 🌲. Proper relaxing stuff. Definitly worth it. 🍻
