Nose: smokey & peaty, bit of brine & medicinal iodine, but then a sweet honey'd undertone sneaks in 🍯 Palate: rich, oily. Burst of dark chocolate 🍫, citrus peel, some nutty oak and a pinch of spice. Warming, dead complex. Finish: long, dry, a whisp of sea salt 🌊 and woodsmoke that just hangs aboot. Cracking dram that. 🥃

Feels warm and a bit cosy, with a sweet smoky edge. I’m getting soft fruit, spice, and a little oaky dryness at the end 🥃 Quite easy to sit with, especially on a chilly evening.

Right, so this dram is proper smooth. Got a bit of smoke and peat, with some chocolatey notes and a hint of honey. 🥃 Quite rich and warming, perfect for a cold evening. Can taste citrus and spice too, really lovely. Cheers! 😊

Ah,this one's got a lovely nose of apple and cinnamon, like warm toast with butterscotch 🍯. A bit of smoke comes thru, tho. On the palate,it's vanilla, honey and oak, with a nice malty sweetness. A lite touch of pear and some floral hints 🌸. Then a spicy ginger kick 🔥,a bit of leather and orange peel. Finish is long with dark chocolate and a waxy texture. Got dried fruits, butterscotch, and a whisper of tobacco. Marzipan and a hint of brine too. Overall,it's a complex drop with smoky peat, heather, wheat, caramel, and marmalade notes. Really warming and satisfying. Sláinte! 🥃

Right so I cracked this one open last nite, the smell hit me first like a warm hug 🥃 Loads of caramel and toffee on the nose, bit of vanilla too. Mabye a touch of dried fruit lurking in there? First sip - proper smooth init. Gets the tongue tingling, nice and warming but not burnin. There's definately some honey sweetness goin on with a bit of spicyness at the back 🍯 The finish is quite long acctually, keeps goin with this lovely malty thing. Kinda like bread crust? In a good way mind u Got some wood notes comin thru as it sits, slight nuttyness too. Really quaffable stuff 👌 Would deffo have another dram of this. Perfect for a rainy evenin with the telly on
