Lovely cereal-led dram, feels really natural 🌾 Getting damp grist, oatcakes, fresh barley and a bit of sunflower oil, then loads of orchard fruit — pears, apples, plums and orange peel. Bit grassy too, like stems and leaves. Medium weight, clean, nutty, and quietly fruity. Proper easy to sit with.

Warm and malty, with a bit of honey, dried fruit and gentle spice. Feels cosy rather than flashy — wee touch of oak, soft smoke, and a sweet finish 😊 Slighly moreish.

Crackin’ wee dram this. Nose is all heather honey, soft peat reek, and a whiff of vanilla fudge. 🍯🌿 First sip brings a creamy toffe note, touch of dried apricot, maybe a hint o’ seasalt. Theres a gentle woodsmoke driftin’ through. Finish is mellow, wam and just a wee bit spicy. Proper comfy. 🥃👍

Right, so this one’s a proper treat. 🥃 Nose is all stewed pears and a bit of baked apple, wi’ a lovely waft of vanilla fudge. Then theres this gentle oakiness, maybe a whisper of cinnamon. Onto the palate… ooft, smooth as anything. Creamy caramel, a touch of honey, and then the spice builds—nutmeg, clove, not too fiery but deffo there. A slight nuttiness too, like toasted almonds. Finish is warm and medium-long, leaving a soft smokiness and dried apricot at the back. Real moreish. 😮‍💨✨ Honestly, just a dam good dram.
