Right, this one’s a proper lovely dram. Nose is all sweet peat smoke and heaps of vanilla’d oak. First sip hits with honey’d orchard fruit — think baked apple and a burst of citrus zest 🍯🍏 Mid-palate shifts to sticky toffee, dried fruits, and just a pinch of warm spice like cinnamon & pepper 🌶️ Finish is long, drifts into a gentle sea salt tingle with that soft, woody smoke hangin’ about. Absolutely cracking, that. 🥃
