Aye, so this one here… First sniff, pure bonfire reek, auld leather and a bit o’ seaside rockpools. 🌊🔥 Let it sit, and there’s honey’d orchard fruit underneath—think baked apples wae a scatter of cinnamon. Goes down like a warm, spicy hug. End lingers wae peppery oak and a wee tang of dried apricot. Honest dram, no fuss, just right for a dreich nicht. 🥃✨ Might have a splash o’ water next time, see if it opens up more fudge.

Oh, this dram's a bit of a lovely surprise! Nose gets hints of ripe apples and a whisper of honey 🍯. On the palate, it's smooth with some toffee notes and a gentle warmth. Finish lingers with a touch of smoke and oak. Really quite pleasant, that. 😊 Makes me think of autumn evenings by the fire. Simple but satisfying!
