Aye, this dram’s a proper treat 🥃 Nose is all stewed fruits – raisins, a touch of apple – wi’ a gentle waft of heather honey n’ vanilla. Then on the palate it’s surprisin’ly warm, like buttered toast wi’ a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg. Just a whisper of peat smoke hovers in the back, not heavy at all, more like a bonfire on a damp autumn evening. Finish lingers wi’ soft oak spice, a wee bit of salted caramel, and that earthy, malty biscuit feel… leaves ye wantin’ another sip straight away. No rough edges, just smooth, cozy, and full of character. Sláinte! 🌾🔥
