Blimey, this one's got a proper smoky backbone 🌫️ Kinda like a bonfire on the beach, but then you get this rich, dark chocolate melting in 🍫 Vanilla and a bit of cinnamon warmth coming through too, yeah? The finish is long and a wee bit peppery, leaves you wanting another sip. 👌

Sipped a dram earlier, really warming. 😊 Got burnt sugar and green apple on the nose, kinda sharp at first but mellows. Tastes like honey mixed with oak and a bit of vanilla... but there’s this tangy, almost citrusy note that sticks around. Medium bodied, not too heavy. The finish lingers with some spice and a whisper of smoke. Not bad at all for a wee evening pour. 🥃
