Quite fresh and spirit-led, almost like barley eau-de-vie. 🍐 I get grapefruit peel, rhubarb cake, a wee kirsch note, and a whiff of varnish/acetone. Not sherried at all — more white wine and light rum vibes. With water it opens nicely, fruitier and cleaner. Bit odd, but rather fun.

Then theres a waft of seaside smoke, like driftwood on a brisk mornin’. 🌊 Sip’s proper warm, bit of toffee, a crack of black pepper. Finish just lingers with that gentle campfire ember glow. Proper comfy, innit.
