Cor, this one’s got layers, innit. 👃 First sniff is all honey’d orchard fruit—think baked apples & a cheeky whiff of sea salt. Then the spice creeps in. On the tongue it’s pure Christmas pud, drenched in treacle, with a wee citrus zing that cuts through. The finish… ooft, lingers for ages, like a warm peat fire crackling in the corner. 🥃 Not too clever, just proper cosy. Top notch for a rainy Tuesday.

Warm, oaky and a bit honeyed 🍯 There’s a soft spice that creeps in, with a wee touch of dried fruit. Feels cosy, smooth, and nicely mellow — the kind of dram I’d sip slowly by the fire. 🥃

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I’m getting honey, vanilla, soft oak and a little smokey spice. Feels smooth, slightly sweet, then dries out nicely. Quite a comfy sipper.

Smoky vibe 🔥, nice n sweet Like... vanilla mixed w honey? 🍯 A hint of spice too, tinglin on the tongue 👅 Very smooth, almost silky 👌 Bit of fruitiness in there, maybe apples? 🍎 Easy to drink, that's for sure! Finish is warm, lingers nicely 😊

Oh, this one's lovely. Nose is first of all - ripe 🍐 pear and stewed 🍎 apple, then a bit of heather honey 🍯. A light floral note, like walking past a garden in summer. Palate is creamy, really smooth. There's citrus 🍋 zest cutting through, then some warming spices - ginger, a hint of clove. Really nice mouthfeel. Finish is longer than expected, with a bit of oak spice and a soft, 🌰 nutty quality. The warmth lingers. Very moreish. Bottom line: a proper treat. Easy to sip, but there's enough complexity to keep you interested. Would happily have another. Sláinte! 🥃
