Quite fresh and bright, really 🌿 I get green apple, lemon peel, barley and fresh bread straight away. A bit of hay, grass, oatcakes and honey too. There’s a gentle peppery tingle, with some herbal tea and light beer-like hoppiness. Finish is medium, clean, citrusy, and a touch woody. Easy-going, summery dram. 🥃

Warm and a bit spicy, with a soft honeyed feel 🍯 I get dried fruit, gentle oak, and a wee touch of smoke. Nice cosy dram for a chilly evening.

Feels cosy and a bit smoky, with honey, baked apple and gentle spice. Warm, smooth-ish, wee peppery kick at the end 🥃 Nice for a slow evening, not too fussy.

Well, got a nice smoky vibe here – like a damp campfire, really. A bit of sweetnes too, kinda like honey, with some fruity notes, perhaps apples? 🍎 Goes down smooth, but leaves a spicy tingle. Proper tasty! 🥃 And it's got this subtle oakey depth, you know? Feels like autumn in a glass. 🍂
