Pale as a wee white wine, but quite oily and fat on the tongue. Getting lemon, pear juice, a bit of apple crumble 🍏 Then it turns dry and waxy, like paraffin, with toasted oak and a dusty edge. Bit of smoke too — almost smoked salmon vibes — and that salty kick really surprised me. Aftertaste is dry, sooty, slightly dirty, but in a fun way. Great little dram 😊
