And some vanilla, aye. 🍐 It's got a nice warmth going down, like toffee melting on the tongue. Get a wee hint of oak too, and something... almost like chocholate? No, darker. Like dried fruits. 🤎 Finish lingers a bit, with a gentle spice. Quite pleasant, that. Makes you want another sip. Sláinte! 🥃

Colour like old honey. Nose? Stunner. Like walking into a country bakery... fresh bread, then boom, sticky toffee pudding. And... and something floral? Violets, maybe. 🌸 First sip... ooft. Softer than I expected. All that fruit from the nose turns into, like, candied orange peel. 🍊 Then it gets all creamy. Vanilla custard. A bit of spicy ginger at the back. Feels very... cozy.
