Lovely wee dram 🙂 Soft honey and vanilla at first, then a bit of dried fruit, gentle spice and light oak. There’s a cosy warmth, with a tiny smoky edge at the end. Easy to sip, quite comforting.

Ahh just had a dram of this one 🥃 Nose is bonfire peat and a proper briny smack, like toasted seaweed on a windy shore 🌊🔥 First sip gives that sweeet sherried raisin, dark toffee, maybe a hint of marmalade bitter peel 🍊🍯 Then the smokey kicks in—earthy, a bit of pepper, drying oak at the end. Finish lingers wi’ a lovely warm spice, almost nutmeg and anise. Cracking drop when you need a hug in a glass.

Right then, let’s have a wee dram… Nose is pure orchard fruit 🍏🍐 like walkin through a Somerset cider barn that slight farmyardy funk but in a good way On the palate it’s soft, almost velvety— honey’d malt, bit of vanilla sponge, then this lovely warm spice that tickles the tongue 🌶️ no rough edges at all Finish brings a gentle waft of oak and a whisper of dark chocolate 🍫 leaves a cosy, lingering heat in the chest Dangerously easy to drink.

Blimey, this one's got a right nice smokiness to it, like a cozy fireplace. 🥃 On the palate, there's some sweet honey and a touch of spice that warms you up proper. A bit o' vanilla comes through too, makes it smooth as. Quite enjoy it on a rainy day, innit? 😊

First thing you notice is the smoke, strong and peaty. 🔥 Then it opens up wif sweet notes of honey and vanilla. The oak barrel influence is clear, giving it a warm, woddy finish. Fruity hints of apple too. Really lovely! 🥃😊
