Ooh that's a nice one! 😍 Smoky bit hit me first, quite peaty y'know? Then got this lovely honey sweetness comin through. Proper warming. Loads of vanilla and caramel notes - like a dessert in a glass init 🥃 Hints of dried fruit, maybe some apple? And a touch of cinnamon spice at the end. Quite complex innit. Really smooth finish though, left a nice warmth in the chest. Could deffo have another glass or two 👌 The oak comes through nicely too, not too overpowering but you can tell it's been well aged. Cracker this one.

Right then, had a dram of this one last night and here's what I reckond... First whiff - proper smoky, like a bonfire on a crisp autumn evening 🍂 Taste-wise, getting loads of creamy toffee and a bit of honey sweetness. There's some malty biscuit notes in there too, maybe a touch of vanilla and dark chocolate? 🍫 Nice and smooth going down, not too harsh. Little bit of spice kicks in at the end - cinnamon maybe? Ages well on the finish, that smokiness lingers nicely. Quite warming for a chilly night by the fire 🔥 Would defo have again, proper lovely drop that is 👍
