Right, had a crack at that dram. Quite nice, actually. First off, the nose... 🍊 big hit of marmalade and orange peel. A bit of honey too, maybe some beeswax. With a drop of water, it opens up to like, spiced apple cake. Lovely. On the palate, it's oily, ya know? Coats the mouth. Get loads of dried fruit – raisins, sultanas. Then there's this toasty, almost burnt caramel bit. Touch of cinnamon. It's a bit strong neat, but a splash of water makes it smoother. The finish is long and warm. 🔥 Leathery, woody, with a lingering sweetness. I get some dark chocolate right at the end. A proper winter warmer, this one. 🥃

Right, cracking this one open... 👃 First whiff is like walking into a bakery, warm bread and a hint of something sweet, maybe toffee apples? Cinnamon. Mmm. Takes a sip. Oh, that's smooth. Like... liquid velvet almost. Getting some dark chocolate, a bit of orange peel bitterness. 👅 The finish just lingers. A bit woody, a bit spicy. Like a cozy fireplace smell. Very moreish. 😉 Not too heavy, not too light. Just right. 👍

Nose? 🥃 A proper lovely wiff of toffee an' dark fruit, innit. Slight spice kick, like cinnamon. Taste-wise, got this rich, smooth thing goin' on. 🍫 Notes o' chocolate, maybe some dried apple. Finish is long, warm, a bit o' oakiness. Proper winter warmer, that. 👍
