Right, here goes… Nose: stewed apples an’ a whisper of bonfire smoke 🍂 Palate: thick honey, bit of vanilla, then a wee punch of spice—cinnamon, clove, maybe a touch of oak char Finish: warm, slightly oily, a salty-sweet prickle that stays longer than you’d expect 🔥 Feels like pullin’ on a wooly jumper by the sea. Proper cosy.

Right so... picked this one up the other week 🥃 Nose - proper lovely stuff. Vanilla and toffee hit you first, then theres this subtle honey sweetness underneath. Bit of oakiness in there too, gives it depth like 👃 Palate - oh mate. Warm and smooth going down, get that caramel comin through with maybe a hint of dark chocolate? Some spice notes tickling the tounge. Quite rich init 😋 Finish - lingers nicely, leaves you with this pleasant warmth. A touch of fruitiness at the end, pear maybe? smoky undertone stays with ya 🍂 Overall its a proper good pour for a quiet evening. Complex enough to keep ya interested but not tryin too hard. Would defo have again 👍 *definately* recommend sippin this one slow and savourin it

Right, just poured myself a wee dram of this 🥃. Nose is proper warm, like dried fruits and a hint of smoke 🍂. Goes down smooth, warms the chest straight away 🔥. Definatly got a cozy feel to it, reminds me of winter evenings by the fire. Finish lingers nicely, not too harsh. Proper good stuff, reckon I'll have another 👌.
