Right, poured a glass of this. It's definitely a style of its own! 🥃 Starts off really sweet and cremay, very milky and porridgy, almost like mashy oatcakes. Then it goes a bit green—newly cut grass, straw, and apple peelings. But then it gets weirdly interesting. There's this quite cardboardy, wet cardboard thing going on, with hints of wool, linseed oil, paraffin, and even notes of ink. Maybe a very faint soapiness too? The aftertaste is really long. A tad sugary at first, but it gets a tad spicier now with a bit of pepper and faint hints of lavendr sweets. Again, a style of its own, but I'm sort of digging it.
