Bright and zippy dram 🍋 Loads of lemon, chalky minerality and a wee white-wine feel, almost Sauvignon Blanc-ish. Bit of porridge and cereal underneath, then mango, pineapple and passion fruit pop up. Feels lively, dry, menthol-fresh, with fennel/dill hints. Long finish, tropical but still sharp — no cloying sweetness at all. Bit of rocket fuel in the best way 😄

Quite cosy, this one. Warm oak, a bit of dried fruit and a soft spicy tingle. Feels mellow, slightly sweet, with a nice wee glow at the end 🥃 Easy to sip on a quiet evening.

Warm and easy-going 🥃 I get sweet vanilla, a bit of caramel, gentle oak and a wee touch of spice. Soft smoke in the background, with a cosy, slightly fruity finish. Quite moreish.

Ooh this one’s a bit oaky, init? 🪵 Like, right at the start there’s this vanilla sweetness, then it turns all spicy — cinnamon maybe? 🔥 The finish is proper long and warming, keeps goin’ like a good chat. A bit o’ smoke too, but not too heavy. Quite nice, that. 👍 Cheers
