Just tried this whisky, and it poured out a beautiful amber. On the nose, magnificent peppers jumped out – really peppery, with fig jam and herbal hints. Took a sip, and it was rich and very elegant. I got salted butter and a surprising absinthe touch. There's black tea and dried raisins in there, with walnut and orange zest popping up. It's bourbon-aged, so honeyed sweetness. Absolutely excellent! 😊

Right, so poured myself a glass – first thing, it smells really elegant, got that orange zest popping. Tastes like fig jam mixed with walnut, and there's this peppery kick that took me by surprise. Reminds me a bit of honey cake and dried raisins, with a long finish that's salted buttery and has chartreuse hints. Quite rich and brothy, almost like a Madeira note sneaking in. Positive OBE all round, excellent stuff! 👍

Lovely cosy dram, quite warm and a bit fruity. I get a soft sweetness, some spice, and a wee dry finish. Feels like something I’d sip slowly by the fire 🥃✨

Ah, this whiskey's proper brilliant! Got a realy nice smoky kick with some sweet honey notes. A bit of fruitiness too, like apples. Deffo warming on a chilly evening. 🥃🔥😊 Cheers!
