倒出来的颜色意外地淡，几乎像白龙舌兰一样白。 闻着有非常明确的海藻和贝壳的气息，混着一股淡淡的腌渍水果和正山小种的烟熏味。嗯，还有点新鞋的那种橡胶感？ 喝到嘴里第一个感觉就是——咸，非常明显的海盐风味，真的像含了一口海水。然后是淡淡的柑橘类酸度，可能是柠檬？ 尾韵有点苦杏仁和木头灰烬的味道，一直萦绕不散。酒体倒是不厚重，很轻盈。 不知道为什么，我满脑子都是它配生蚝的画面。感觉一杯下去，就像在寒冷的海边散步。🦪

Proper coastal dram 🌊 Smoky tea, seaweed, shells and loads of salt. Bit of lime and wax, with almonds and a sharp pickled fruit thing going on. Feels young but lively — honestly, I’d happily have it with oysters. Briney, zesty, a bit weird, but good fun.

First sip, so warm and smooth. Feels like a cozy blanket on a cold night. 😊 Notes of honey and vanilla, a bit smokey too. Can't stop smiling! 🥃 A little spicy kick at the end, but in a good way. Really makes you wanna sip again. lol
