刚倒进杯子,颜色浅得很,almost as white as some white tequila。 凑近一闻,嚯,是刚拆封的新运动鞋那股味儿,new Nikes,还有点像刚接出来的自来水,混着股brand new garden hose的清冽。 抿一口,舌尖先尝到的是苦杏仁,bitter almonds,紧接着就涌上来一股非常明显的咸味,Salty almonds,very salty young baby那种咸法儿,直接让我想到了海水和海带,seaweed。 烟熏感不是那种重泥煤,更像lapsang souchong泡的茶,淡淡的。酒体medium,不算厚重。尾韵有点意外,是腌渍水果和香橼的味道,pickled fruits,citrons,收尾挺清爽。 总的来说,喝起来挺特别,让我想起在海边散步,手里拿着杯冰镇柠檬茶的感觉,但背景里飘着点烧烤的烟味儿。

Just had a dram, and the nose brings back memories of a brand new garden hose – that rubbery, fresh smell. Then it's very salty, almost like handling a very salty young baby, with seaweed and lapsang souchong notes swirling around. The liquid looks almost as white as some white tequila, which is a bit unusual. On the palate, I'm getting salty almonds and bitter almonds, with a wonderful waxy structure. There's a hint of paraffin and citrons in there, and the finish lingers with ashes and seaweed and seashells. Sherry's almost unnoticeable, but it's really excellent. Reminds me of new Nikes for some reason – that clean, crisp edge. I've tried twenty-four of them over time, and each sip is a proper salty adventure. 🥃

尝了一口,感觉在喝一支点了火的花园水管,底下还铺着海藻和贝壳。咸杏仁的味道太明显了,差点以为在喝牡蛎汁。奇妙的是雪莉味几乎找不到,反而有种蜡质的结构感在嘴里慢慢化开。 偶尔飘出腌渍水果和香橼的酸香,混着一点灰烬气息,挺特别的。闻瓶口居然像崭新的运动鞋味儿,这联想自己都觉得好笑。余韵里苦杏仁和石蜡感拉得很长,咸味一直挂到喉咙。 配生蚝应该绝了,下次试试看。整体像个盐分很足的海风,呼啦一下吹过来。

Wow, first sip and it's like a mouthful of salty almonds – super briny, almost like a very salty young baby decided to splash seawater in my glass. Then, those bitter almonds come through, with a citrusy twist from citrons and lime. There's this smoky, ashy note that reminds me of lapsang souchong tea, and a whiff of seaweed and seashells, like walking by the coast. The texture is wonderfully waxy, kinda like the feel of new Nikes – smooth but with a bit of grip. Would be brilliant to drink with oysters, maybe with some pickled fruits on the side. A hint of paraffin, subtle and waxy. Twenty-four of them? No idea, but it's excellent stuff. Cheers! 🥃

这杯的颜色真的挺特别,几乎像白龙舌兰一样清亮。 闻起来有正山小种的烟熏感,混着柠檬皮和一点点蜡质的结构感,很奇妙。 刚入口是海盐渍杏仁的咸鲜,带着海藻和贝壳的气息,像站在海边吹风🌊 中段有腌渍水果的酸甜,突然飘过一丝新橡胶管的清新,甚至有点灰烬感。 尾韵里苦杏仁的味道慢慢浮现,配生蚝应该绝了,咸得让人想一直喝下去…… 整体平衡得刚好,不浓不淡,就是个又咸又年轻的“小宝宝”啊😄
