Nosed it and thought, blimey, that's a beauty. Right away you get this perfect nose, super fresh, like the coast after rain. A sip and it's all there – a salty tang that reminds me of rock pools, mixed with salted liquorice and a hint of seaweed. There's some meatiness too, but then it's cut through with lime juice and a bit of orange juice. Every now and then I get touches of beer and fresh walnuts. Not overly complex, but excellently pure. A clear winner for me. The paraffin note is there but not excessive, just a whisper. Fresh herbs linger as it goes down a treat. The finish isn't very long, but it's clean and satisfying. A real coastal sipper, this one. 🥃

Warm and a bit oaky, with a soft sweet smell first. I get some toffee, dried fruit, and a wee spicy kick at the end 🥃 Quite cosy, not too heavy — nice for a slow evening.

Proper lush, that is. 🍏✨ Then it turns all smoky on the finish, like sittin' by a bonfire. Mind the spelling there – bonfir, yeah? 😅💨 Overall, it's a belter of a dram. Makes ye feel all cozy and content. 🥰

First off, the smell's proper nice 🥃. Got this vanilla and sorta oakiness, maybe a hint of spiced honey. Tastes smooth, like a warm hug from the inside 😌. A bit of caramel and some woody notes, not too strong. Finish is a bannofee pie vibe, lingers nicely. Just a good, easy sipper, y'know?

Nose is lovely - gettin' honey and dried fruit straight away 🍯 First sip, oh wow, proper smooth that. Vanilla and some kinda spice kickin' in at the back. Quite rich n' warming like. There's a bit of smokiness too, not overpowering though. Subtle like. Finish is long and pleasant, leaves this nice warmth in yer chest. Quite moreish actually 😊 Overall just a proper nice dram for a cold evenin'. Would defo have another glass or two.
