First sip, there's this lovely Earl grey tea note right up front, mixed with those chewy sultanas. 🍵 Then I get this weirdly specific memory of rubbing pine needles while hiking in the woods – that fresh, resinous scent. A bit of cinnamon and stewed apricots come through too. The raisins keep balancing things out, stopping it from going too sweet. It's all under control, you know? Texture reminds me of toasted brioche with a drizzle of pancake sauce. Gets a tad spicier as it goes down. It's closer to some OBs I've tried, maybe like different batches of the 18-year-old stuff. Nice whiffs of menthol pop up right at the end. Quite the journey! 😊

马上注意到那漂亮的full gold颜色，闻起来有熟透的杏子和榅桲果酱的甜香，还带着点伯爵茶的韵味。 喝下去比闻着要notch drier，香料感更明显，但葡萄干和无花果的甜润一直稳稳托着。 嘴里感觉很饱满，有点像在林子里徒步时手搓松针的清香，还有淡淡的樟脑和薄荷脑气息飘过。 后味很长，收尾时泛起一丝烟草的沉稳，让我想起野餐时淋煎饼的那种糖浆酱。 整体挺舒服，层次丰富，喝得时候会不自觉慢下来细品。 😊

This one pours a lovely full gold, catching the light nicely. I'm picking up whiffs of menthol and camphor on the nose, mixed with dried figs, sultanas, and a bit of apricot. It smells a tad spicier but never too spicy. When I sip, it's rich and creamy, with honey sweetness shining through. There's toasted brioche and quince jelly on the palate, along with hints of tobacco and mushrooms. Raisins keep balancing things out, and I even get a touch of cinnamon and pancake sauce. The finish is long, leaving it a notch drier. Really pleasant! 😌

嗯，今天开了瓶新的，倒上一小杯慢慢闻…… 第一鼻子是 Earl grey tea 的那种佛手柑香气，接着有点像抹了薄薄一层 quince jelly 的烤吐司？😊 喝起来果味很舒服，像成熟的 apricots 和 sultanas，甜而不腻。 尾巴上有一点 dried figs 的深沉感，还有若有若无的 tobacco 气息，整体却 never too spicy，很柔和。 有意思的是，它比上次喝的那款 a tad spicier 一丁点，但完全不冲，反而带出了点 toasted brioche 的暖香。 最后留在嘴里的，是 raisins 和一丝 camphor 的清凉，有点意思。 哦对了，回味里居然有点像淋在 pancake sauce 上的蜂蜜甜🍯，很可爱。 偶尔感觉像是在嚼一块风干的 apricot，但不齁，就是那种 notch drier 的、很舒服的收结。

Full gold in the glass, feels rich and creamy. I get dried figs, sultanas and honey, with a bit of toasted brioche 🥃 There’s a gentle tobacco/cinnamon thing, plus a wee menthol and pine-woods vibe. Long finish, slightly drier, but never too spicy. Lovely cosy dram.
