今天开了瓶新酒，一闻就有那种杜松子和满是果干的麦片香气 🌿 喝起来更直接，蜂蜜变得有点干干的，但带着蜡质的感觉。白胡椒的辛香挺明显，整体却更甜更圆润了，有点像闻到面霜的柔滑感，复杂又特别。 仔细品还有伯格蒙特和烟草味，一丝丝树皮和欧芹碎的清新。中段好像干草和花粉，胡椒味还是在的，但蜡感稍微收了点，变成帆布的质感。 后来木质味更明显了，像喝了杯薄荷茶。再放一会儿，蜡感又放大了，木香更清晰，还有菠萝和菠萝果冻的甜香。尾韵里有花瓶水的味道，甜感保持得很好，真是现在斯佩塞那种迷人的风格啊 😌

Blimey, this is lovely. The aroma's stunningly pure, like cassata and nougat with a touch of vineyard peach. Reminds me of a fruity IPA with heavy mandarin hops – long and fresh, colour of straw. A dash of honey sweetness, not outrageously complex, more like a Corsican mandarin liqueur. Practically pure mandarin juice on the palate, as crisp as a white beer. Mandarin reigns supreme here, with candied fruit notes. I'm smitten; it's a pleasant change. 😊

Warm and a bit honeyed, with soft vanilla and a little peppery kick 🥃 Feels cosy, slightly oaky, and lingers nicely — proper easy to sip on a chilly evening.

Lovely warm dram 🥃 Sweet spice, a bit of oak, and a soft smoky finish. Feels cosy, like a quiet evening in. Quite smooth, with a wee fruity note too.

Quite cosy on the nose — soft oak, a bit of honey, dried fruit and gentle spice 🥃 Feels smooth and warming, with a wee touch of smoke and vanilla. Nice easy sipper, especially on a chilly evening.
