Gold in the glass, and honestly, it just smells like walking into a sunny garden. There's this wonderful floralness right away – I’m thinking pansies, maybe dandelions, a bit of elderflower. Then you get the softer notes, like meadows honey and those lighter acacia honeys, right along with some beeswax. The taste is really well put together. You get that ripe fruit first – overripe apples, very ripe gooseberries, even a hint of quinces. Then it moves into this lovely, warm butterscotch and biscuit note, like afternoon tea with a tiny bit of speculoos crumble. There's a gentle earthy liquorice wood there too, just a whisper. It’s firm but keeps all that floral fruitiness. The finish is rather long, and I get this nice, subtle citrus and a faint memory of Earl Grey tea right at the end. Honestly, just a beautifully balanced glass to unwind with. 😊
