一上来是挺脆的 tart pear 和 lime 酸香，有点像咬了一口青苹果。 接着有点 damp chalk 的矿质感，混着 cut grass 的清新。 咽下去后，white peaches 和 grapefruit 的甜味慢慢浮上来。 herbal tension 让整个口感很紧实，尾段是 sweet woodruff 和 elderflower syrups 的温柔甜香。 aftertaste 很长，持续有很淡的酒花香，整体挺 delicate 的。🙂

刚倒进杯子里就闻到一股甜木香，混着淡淡的桃子味，越闻越明显。 喝的时候突然想起青草刚割过的那种清气，还有点像西柚皮微微的涩感。 过一会儿嘴里又浮起白桃的甜，但底下始终压着一点梨子的酸劲。 收尾居然尝到点苏玳白葡萄酒那种锐利的甜润，有点意外。 最后嘴里留着老木头和野草的余韵，像午后散步时闻到的味道。🌿

That first sip, wow. Like a warm hug on a rainy day. ☁️ Smoky at the start, but not like a fire... more like a gentle bonfire, you know? Then comes this lovely, sweet honey note. 🍯 It's quite smooth, really. Doesn't burn. I get a bit of dried fruit, maybe some apple? And a hint of something spicy at the end. 🌶️ Lovely stuff. Just lovely. 😌

On the nose, smells like vanila and a bit of citrus 🍋, kinda earthy too. Taste-wise, it's got some chocolet and dried fruit notes, real smooth on the tounge. Finish is long and warming, with a hint of smokeyness. Quite enjoyble! 😊

Oh this whisky’s got a real nice kick to it, y’know? 🥃 First off, I’m gettin’ honey and vanilla, sorta smooth like but with a bit of smokiness comin’ through later. 🔥 It’s not too harsh, finishes warm with a touch of spice, maybe like cinnamon or summat. Sometimes I swear there’s a fruity note too, kinda like apples or pears – very drinkable! 😊 Just sittin’ back with it, really enjoyin’ the layers. Cheers to that! 🥂
