Blimey, this one's got proper character. First thing I noticed was this paraffin wax note — not off-putting at all, just honest somehow, like childhood camping trips or something. Then there's this wave of very ripe stone fruit — peaches, crushed cherries, all kinds of plums mixed in. Quite autumnal, honestly. A bit like scrumping apples as a kid, that comeback of apples and apple peels. Even reminded me of rough cider at the village fete 🍎 Get some walnuts and fresh almonds in there too, with just a touch of dark chocolate. Rather like a decent slice of shortbread with your afternoon tea — proper black tea, mind you, none of that wishy-washy stuff. The finish is quite long. Keeps going with these little hints of something herbal — almost like rowan berry liqueur, maybe a whisper of hops? Keeps you thinking 🤔 Definitely not something you'd find in cans or on tap at the local. This is the sort of dram you'd nurse by the fire on a cold evening. Really rather lovely. 🥃

Honestly, this one had me at first glance – that gold liquid in such a pretty bottle. 🤩 On the nose, it's like walking through an orchard: very ripe apples and pears, apple peels, even a bit of artisanal apple juice. Then some nuttiness comes through, fresh almonds and walnuts, with just a hint of marzipan. The taste... wow. It's bold, almost like a rough cider, with a kick. Then all kinds of plums emerge, dark and juicy. There's a surprising little hoppy note in there too, which is weird but interesting. The finish is quite long, warming, leaving you with those apples and that nutty sweetness. Easy to sip on. 👍

Wow, this one really jumps out at you. First thing I get is a real comeback of apples – not just eating apples, but more like a lovely artisanal apple juice, maybe with some apple peels in there too. It’s deeply fruity, reminding me of all kinds of plums and even some peaches. There’s a nice freshness, almost like fresh almonds and walnuts just cracked open. It feels very ripe, like fruit from a vicarage garden – think crushed cherries, apples and pears all piled together. There’s a tiny, interesting hint of something like cardboard and paraffin in the background, but it works. Then, a bit of marzipan sweetness comes through, almost like a subtle rowan liqueur. The finish is quite long, and you know what? None of that canned or on-tap rubbish here. Proper stuff. 🍎

Ahh proper dram this. Nose is all toffee and a whiff of orchard fruits 🍏🍐. First sip... ooft. Smooth, almost creamy vanila, then a wee spice kick—cinnamon maybe? Bit of caramal sweetness lingers, with a gentle oaky warmth that just sits nicely. Finish is medium, leaves ya wanting another. Slàinte! 🥃

Oh, this one's got a real nice balance. Starts off with a bit of honey and some fruit – maybe pears or apples? Then there's a gentle warmth, like a hint of cinnamon or ginger. Quite smooth, with a touch of oak at the finish. Really enjoyable, that. 😊
