这酒闻着挺有意思的，燕麦饼那种胖乎乎的香气混着点甜啤酒的感觉，细闻还有白胡椒和肉桂薄荷的凉意，隐隐有点红醋栗的酸甜。 喝起来直接又有点冲，51.8%的酒精度确实需要加点水才行。加水之后一下子打开了，像爆开的水果篮，梨子、葡萄柚、甚至有点压碎的香蕉和瓜皮的那种清甜感，底下还有雪松木和苦草的香气。 酒体是那种胖胖的、有点油润的感觉，让人想起软乎乎的面包和最浓稠的粥。尾韵相当长，先是白葡萄酒的微酸，然后慢慢变成甜麦芽和一点点坚果的回味，最后留下新鲜锯开的橡木香气。 今年夏天的这批里喝到这瓶感觉挺惊喜的，虽然不加水也能喝，但真是有点可惜了这些奔放的果香。

nose is quite nice actually, a bit of vanilla & honey going on 🍯 some smoke in ther too, kinda subtle like the mouthfeel is smoth, realy buttery almost? picking up some dark fruit and a littel bit of nuttiness 🥜 finish hangs around for a good while tbh hints of choclate and smokyness at the end 🫠 overal quite welll balanced, not to heavy enjoying this one on a cold evening innit

Held it up... nice amber, like autumn sunlight through leaves. Ahh, the smell – first hit is honey, then a bit of toasted bread, maybe? Some dried fruit, sultanas. There's a gentle warmth in the nose, not harsh at all. Sip... mmm. It's smooth, coats the mouth. Get a bit of cinnamon, baked apple... and a very gentle, smoky undertone, like a distant bonfire. 👃✨ Finish is long and warm, leaves a lovely tingle. Makes you want another sip. Perfect for a quiet evening in. A real comfort dram, this. 🥃
