Really enjoyed this one. The nose is lovely – got vanilla, mint, and some wet wood in there. 😊 Tasting it, it feels rounder, with pink grapefruits and tangerines popping up. There’s a bit of baker’s yeast, like fresh bread, and caramel/vanilla sweetness. Straw and maple syrup notes too, plus praline. The forest freshness is great, sappy and even more mossy. Lemongrass makes for an unusual arrival, sweet and lemony oakiness. Aftertaste is jammy, with malt and honeyness, similar to real ale. Mossy and minty notes stick around with oak. Wonderfully tart with citrus fruits, hints of coffee, raspberries, and honeydew. Rather long finish. 👍

Bit of honey and oak at first, then a wee spicy warmth. Feels smooth enough, with a dry, smoky finish that hangs about nicely 🥃 Quite cosy, not too fussy.

Right, this whisky has a lovely smoky kick on the nose, with a hint of vanilla and some fruity notes. 🍊 The taste is quite peaty and smooth, almost like honey mixed with a bit of oak. It finishes with a warm, long linger that’s really satisfying. 🔥 Perfect for a quiet night in, honestly. 😊

Had a taste of this whisky... got a real smoky vibe at first, with some sweet vanilla notes comin through. Smooth on the tongue, like honey 🍯. A bit of spice at the end, but in a good way! Really enjoyabel for a chill evening. 😊 Sometimes, it reminds me of oke and dried fruits... mmm, quite complex. Love it neat! 🥃

ok so just had a dram and honestly? proper lovely 🥃 first sip - immediatelely got this warm honey sweetness, like proper golden syrup vibes y'know? then some apple and pear notes crept in 🍐 after a bit theres this gentle smokiness, not too heavy like, just enough to give it some depth mouthfeel is super smooth, almost buttery? with a touch of vanilla and maybe some light spice on the finish think its got that malty sweetness I love, little bit of oak coming through aswell honestly just a really nice easy drinking whisky, the kind u could sit with on a cold evening and just enjoy innit 🍂 finish lingers nicely, warm and slightly sweet with a hint of nuttiness yeah no complaints here, very moreish tbh 👍
