Gosh, this is really good. The colour is this lovely pale gold, and the nose... rather vanilla-ed and fresh panettone, like walking into a baker's. On the palate, wow, so much custard! And acacia honey, then a little cinnamon and a hint of oranges. There's this soft curry-like pepper, just the right warmth. It's showcasing the powers of proper small batches, I reckon. The finish is rather long, leaving you with perfect easy barley and malted barley notes. Honestly, just what the doctor ordered. Ferien! 🥃
