Right, just cracked open a dram here and wow 🥃 Nose is all honey and warm caramel init, bit of vanilla coming thru too. getting some nice oakyness aswell, maybe a touch of dried fruit 🍯 First sip... ooft, that's lovely. got this buttery maltness with some gentle spice kickin in. a bit of toffee sweetness, maybe even some subtle smokiness in the background 🤔 the finish is proper long though, lingers with this creamy nuttiness that just sits there nicely. hints of orange peel and maybe a lil bit of dark chocolate honestly? cracking stuff for a quiet evening. pairs well with sittin by the fire 🔥 nose: honey, caramel, vanilla, oak 🍯 palate: buttery, malty, toffee, gentle smoke finish: long, creamy, nutty, orange peel defo gonna savour this one slowly 🥃✨
