Ooh, that's a proper whisky! 🥃 First off, ya get this big smoky hit, like a bonfire right in ya nose. 🔥 Then it softens inta some nice honey an' vanilla sweetness. Kinda like a sticky toffee pudding. Also get some spicy wood notes, a bit o' black pepper maybe. And there's a little dried fruitiness in there too, sultanas or summat. Finish is long an' warm, leaves ya with that peaty earthiness an' a hint o' dark chocolate. Warming from the inside out, it is. A real winter dram. 🌳
