Yeah, this one's got a right proper kick. First off, it’s got that smoky, peaty thing going on – not too harsh, just a lovely warm 🔥 thing on the tongue. Then there’s a bit of sweetness, like caramel or maybe some dried fruit. Goes down smooth, wif a wee hint of spice. Really warms you up from the inside. Finish is long and a bit dry. Can taste some oak and a touch of vanilla. Proper good stuff, that. 🍯

Ah, this one’s a bit of a journey. Starts off with a proper hit of 🍎 apple and vanilla, quite sweet actually. Then shifts to something more like toffee or... maybe caramel? Yep, carmel. 🍬 After a bit, you get this lovely warmth spreading. And there’s a subtle smokiness 🌫️ in the background, not aggressive, just sort of there, holding it all together. Spicy too, like a hint of ginger or cinnamon. The mouthfeel is smooth, really coating. The finish is long, warming 🔥, with that fruity sweetness lingering. Nicely balanced. Might be a touch heavy for some, but I reckon it’s rather smashing. 👍 Really makes you want to slow down and savour it.

Blimey, this one’s a proper rollercoaster 🎢 Nose is all stewed orchard fruits, drizzled in heather honey 🍯, then a soft peaty waft creeps in—like a distant bonfire on a wet moor 🌧️🔥 Sip it… blam! Rich toffee and dark choclate 🍫 hit first, then spiced oak and a lick of sea salt 🌊 Mid-palate goes all nutty and creamy, almost biscuity 🍪, with a whisper of dried sultana and orange peel 🍊 Finish? Long and lazy, that peat smoke lingers with a tingle of ginger and cracked black pepper 🌶️ Feels like a dram that’s been napping in a sherry cask and just woke up grumpy but brilliant 👌 Proper winter warmer, that. Defo needs a splash of water to open it up 💧

Right, had a wee dram of this earlier 🥃. Proper nice colour, amber like. Nose is sweet, honey and maybe some vanilla 🍦. Reminds me of Sunday roast vibes. Palate is warm, bit of oak spice tingles abit. Smooth tho, no burn. Finish lingers, makes you wanna sit back and relax 🔥. Definatly a good one for the cold evnings. Cheers mates 🍻.

Right then, just tried this little dram 🥃. Nose gives a medicinal kick mixed wi’ burnt heather 🌸. Smells rich, almost like toffee 🍬. Tastes buttery smooth wi’ hints o’ dried lemon. Goes down easy enough, leaves a smoky warmth in the chest ❤️. Realy solid effort for a cloudy day ☁️. Might buy another bottel later 🛒.
