Right, let’s have a wee taste… Nose: soft barley sweetness, a hint of caramal and brine 🌊. Tiny whiff of peat smoke too, not overpowerin’. On the palate, it’s malty and warm—sweet at first, then that salty, almost seaweedy tang creeps in. Mid-palate brings spicy oak and a nutty, dryed fruit vibe (think sultanas). Finish is proper long, a bit peppery, wi’ a gentle smokey tail 😌. Touch of bitter dark chocolate at the very end. Makes you want another dram straight away 🥃👌
