Just had a dram, really warming... smoky, a bit like a bonfire 🔥 but then it gets all fruity? kinda like Christmas cake 🎂 and toffee... Finish is long, got some spice and a bit of honey 🍯... Proper winter warmer this, wud be lovely with a bit of dark chocolate. 👍

On the tongue it’s soft firs then builds slow. Honey’d orchard fruit, a twist of citrus peel, maybe a dusty oak note 🍯🍋 tiny hint of nutmeg and brown butter. The finish stays gentle – spiced tea warmth ☕ a little peppery tingle, then this quiet waft of toasted almond and dark chocolate right at the end. Makes me feel like I’m in a cosy pub with a log fire cracklin. Proper comfort pour. 😊🥃
