Crackin’ dram, this one. First sniff is all orchard fruits—think bruised pears an’ a whiff of honey 🍯. Then it opens up wi’ a gentle spice, like cinnamon dusted on stewed apples. Sippin’ it, the texture’s dead silky, coats yer mouth lovely. Flavour swings intae dark toffee an’ a touch of oak char, but nae heavy. Endin’s got this wee zing of citrus peel an’ a warm, peppery tingle that lingers just right. Proper comfy dram for a dreich night.
