Right, so this one’s a bit odd but I kind of like it. Nose is strange—wet cement and raw wool, like walking into a damp crofter’s cottage. Then there’s this slightly fat, mineral spirit thing, almost oily. Taste opens with good sweet malt, a bit of sweet bread, then it swings sharply into lemons and apple peelings. Not juicy apples, more like the tart peel and a chalky dryness. Some sweeter apples try to come through, but it's all very restrained. Muscovado sugar is there, earthy touches and a weird note of bananas that fades quick. There’s an austerity to it, almost like a gueuze-style beer—dry, funky, with grass in the aftertaste. Medium finish, a bit chalky, grass and lemon linger. Not for every day, but honest. 🍏🍋🌾

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, soft oak, gentle spice, and a wee smokey warmth. Feels mellow, sweet-ish, and nicely warming on a chilly evening. Finish is calm, slightly nutty, with a touch of dried fruit.

Aye, this dram is a proper journey, innit? 🥃 First smell? Like walking intae an old library... leather chairs, a bit of dust, then BAM - a burst of sweet orange marmalade on hot toast. 🍊 On the tongue, it's rich. Like Christmas cake soaked in sherry, wi' a cheeky twist of black pepper and... is that a hint of smoked bacon? S'weird but lovely. 👅 The finish is long and warm. 🔥 A gentle peat smoke creeps in, not aggressive like, more like the last embers of a bonfire you've been sittin' by aw night. Cozy, that. Bit of a dry, oaky thing at the verra end. Makes ye want another sip to combat it. Crafty, eh? 😉

Aww mate, this dram is proper lush 🤩 First whiff? Loads o' sweet toffee an' warm apple pie, ya know? Like summat ya mum bakes on a Sunday 🍎 Takes ya right back, it does. Then there's this cheeky bit o' citrus zing - lime, maybe? Keeps it fresh 💨 Finish is long an' spicy, like a good ginger biscuit dunked in ya tea. Gets yer nose tingly an' all! Smoooooth operator this one, no harsh edges. Makes ya wanna savour it slow, maybe wi' a spot o' chocolate on the side 🍫 Proper winter warmer, innit? Perfect for sittin' by the fire wi' ya feet up. Cheers! 🥃

Ah, that first sip... immediate hit of baked apples 🍎 and creamy vanilla. Then a lovely wave of warm honey and a touch of spice comes through. The smokiness is gentle, like a distant campfire, and there's a definite note of toasted oak. It's got a nice, rounded mouthfeel. Finish is medium-long, with the smoke and a bit of citrus zest hanging on. Really pleasant, that. A proper winter warmer. 🥃
