Right, so this one's pale gold in the glass. Took a sip and got hit with something extremely spiky, like lime juice and grapefruit bonbons all at once. There's this ultra-chiselled lemony peat that reminds me of coastal smoke, totally sharp. 🤔 Mint comes through with a hint of banana sweets and Barbour grease. The mouthfeel is like damp chalk and moss. After a while, I thought of crunching a lemon while wearing a new scuba diving suit – weird but fun. The aftertaste has fresh bitter almonds and a bit of antiseptic, fairly sweeter than expected. Sea air lingers. 😊

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and gentle spice. Feels cosy on a chilly evening 🥃 A touch of fruit sweetness, then a dry, smoky-ish finish. Quite easy to sip, honestly.
