Pale gold colour, kinda like old sunlight. First sip hit me with this ultra-sharp lemony peat, almost medicinal, like a posh cough syrup mixed with lime juice. Then the mint comes through, fresh, like mint tea after a swim, and there’s this salty sea air vibe right in the middle. Pear drops and banana sweets pop up here and there, sweet but not cloying. The vanilla from the American oak is there, weaving through it all. A hint of damp chalk and moss, maybe a bit of Barbour grease from the garage. New rubber and camphor too, weirdly comforting. The finish is super long, totally chiselled, lemony and coastal, with a whisper of bitter almonds. Quite a ride. 🚤

Pale gold colour, smells like sea air and kind of damp chalk straight off. Totally sharp on the nose! 🤨 First sip… wow, lemony and lime juice hit first, a bit antiseptic but in a clean way? Then I get this fresh mint tea note, and oh – there’s that sweeter fruit from the American oak, like pear drops and a bit of vanilla. It’s got that coastal smoke, almost like camphor mixed with new rubber?? Weird but I don’t mind. The aftertaste is long, fairly sweeter with grapefruit bonbons, and then back to this ultra-chiselled lemony peat. Finished with a salty kick and a hint of Barbour grease. Totally savoury and refreshing! 🌊

Lovely warm sip 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and soft spice, with a cosy smoky edge. Feels smooth enough, slightly sweet, then a dry wee finish. Nice for a quiet evening.

A cosy wee dram 🥃 Soft smoke, honey, a bit of orange peel, then some warm spice. Feels smooth and comforting, like a quiet night in. Tiny woody kick at the end, but not too much. Nice sipper 🙂

Aye, this one's a right proper treat. First sip, I get lovely cherry and honey – sweet but not sticky, y'know? 🍒🍯 Then it shifts, like. A bit of warm spice comes through, maybe some vanilla and toffee, all cozy-like. The finish has this gentle smoke and a hint of oak. Really smooth. Reminds me a bit of a autumn walk, something in the air. Dead nice. Cheers! 🥃
