Right, so this dram’s a proper treat – think smouldering peat and bonfire embers on the nose, almost like a rain-soaked heath. 🌧️🔥 First sip hits with stewed orchard fruits, a sticky toffee apple sort of vibe, then this wave of honey’d malt and a wee citrus zing. 🍎🍯🍊 Gets that lovely oily, spicy kick at the back – cracked black pepper and a whisper of vanilla oak. Touch of salted caramel too, if you breathe out slow. Finish just lingers, warm and dry, with that classic whisp of smoke curling round your tounge. Reminds me of an old leather armchair near a dying fire. Dead comfy. 😮💨 Might be a few spelling mistakes but you get the gist – solid sipper.
